This is Mitchell, his family received a grant in 2019 after he was born with an undiagnosed heart condition. He was then airlifted to Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis where he had a balloon valvuloplasty.
After a few weeks at home, he went back to Children’s Hospital to have an open heart surgery at just 6 weeks old. He was hospitalized for about a month and since his discharge he as lived a wonderful and healthy life.
Mitchell is smart, funny, happy and kind little boy who will be starting kindergarten this fall.
